Gaming phones have become a big part of the phone market. Lots of brands have started releasing gaming phones. Among them are Nubia and ASUS.
A few days ago, Nubia released a new flagship gaming phone named the RED Magic 8 Pro, which has the latest Qualcomm mobile platform and a large battery. In the beginning of this year, ASUS released the ROG Phone 6D; this was the first ASUS gaming phone built with a MediaTek flagship SoC. Which of these phones is better?

Design
The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro has an intimidating look. It has a high screen-to-body ratio, a front camera located under the screen, and narrow bezels around the display. This phone is built with an aluminum frame and a glass back. The phone consists of pressure-sensitive zones that you can use as triggers, with a touch sampling rate of 520 Hz. The middle frame is made from aviation aluminum. The Asus ROG Phone 6D is not very impressive for average users because of its thicker bezels around the display, but it is designed for gamers. It has an RGB light and an aluminum frame with a glass back. It is water-resistant.
The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro has an AMOLED display with a billion colors and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Hardware
The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro has the best hardware setup. It has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with an octa-core architecture consisting of a Cortex X3 CPU running at a maximum frequency of 3.2 GHz, an Adreno 740 GPU, two Cortex A710 cores, three Cortex A510 cores, and two Cortex A715 cores. It has native 4.0 storage, up to 12 GB of RAM, and up to 256 GB.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D chipset isn't as good as the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro.the Dimensity 9000+ by Mediatek, running at 3.35 GHz and built with a 4 nm production process. But it has more RAM than the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro. It has up to 16 GB of RAM and NTFS support for external storage.
I find the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro better because of the cooling fan for the purpose of reducing heat.
Camera
The Asus ROG Phone 6D seems to have the better camera among the two of them. It has three rear cameras, such as a 50 MP main sensor, a 5 MP macro lens, and a 13 MP ultrawide shooter.
Battery
The two phones have the same battery capacity, which is 6000 mAh. But the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro charges faster because it has 80W fast charging.
Price
The Asus ROG Phone 6D has a starting price of $800 or €750, while the Red Magic 8 Pro has a starting price of $583 or €550 in China.
