How to Use Multiple Twitter Accounts at the Same Time

If you’ve been thinking about getting a second Twitter account, one for work and one for private use, it is an easy process. Once you’ve created your second account, you’ll be able to switch between your accounts with a few simple clicks. Here’s how to do it.
Add a Secondary Account on Twitter’s Web Version
You’ll first need to create a new account on Twitter to be able to add that account to your existing one. If you would like to add your new account to your current one, go to your Twitter profile and click on your icon at the bottom left-hand corner of your browser. When you open the menu, you’ll be able to see the option to Add an existing account.
You’ll then be asked to sign in with your phone, email, or username. If you are concerned about having two accounts and your privacy in general, there are ways to protect yourself from social media threats on Twitter. One of those ways is by making your Twitter account private.
Keep in mind that each account needs its own email address. This means if one of your accounts gets banned, you can’t simply reuse that email address. Use a Secondary Account in Twitter’s Mobile App
Similarly, it is easy to add an extra account to your Twitter account via the app. All you have to do is go to the top menu where you will see a navigation menu or your profile icon. Click on the one you have.
After this, tap on the down arrow icon in the header, and choose from Create a new account or Add existing account.
Switch Between Multiple Twitter Accounts
When you’ve added your additional account, you can easily switch between your accounts by clicking the downward-facing arrow in the header. If, for whatever reason, you’re not certain from which account you are currently logged in, click on your icon and you’ll be able to see a tick next to the username that is currently active.

There are many benefits of having multiple Twitter accounts. Having an additional Twitter account allows you to optimize them for your own purposes. If you have a brand or are starting a business, an additional account could be useful.
