4. Now move to the right pane, right-click on Allow Diagnostic Data, and select Edit from the context menu.
   
5. On the next pop-up page, check the Enabled radio button.
6. Under the Options section, click the drop-down menu and select Send optionally diagnostics data.
7. Finally, click Apply > OK to save the changes.

After you have followed all these steps, restart your computer and check if it solves the problem. If not, continue to the next solution.

6. Tweak the Registry Editor

This method is a bit more advanced and should be done with extra caution. One wrong move and you may end up damaging your system. This is why you should back up your Windows registry before making any changes.

1. Search for regedit in the Start menu and click on it to open.
