How to Fix Your Steam Game Icons Missing on Windows

Copy the address of the game’s installation folder.
Go to the desktop and find the missing icons.
Right-click on the shortcut with the missing icon and select Properties.
Click on the Change Icon button.
Click on the Browse button.
Paste the copied path and select the game’s .exe file.
Then click Ok and Apply.
Finally, hit OK.
